Administrator Workflow

This section describes what the administrator does when managing Programmer content remotely through Hot Spot.

Proceed as follows.

  1. Make the necessary changes, such as blacklisting lost keys or changing access rights, to offline locks on S10 Manager software.
  2. Just order the lock programming tasks.
  3. Inform the remote site on the pending programming tasks.

    You can send a task queue to the remote site personnel as follows:

    1. Select the Net Bridge of the remote site.

    2. Right-click to select Print > Task list for remote load station.

    3. Select Print from selected lines.

    4. A preview of the task queue is opened.

    5. Select PDF to save as PDF and send the list as email to the remote site.

    6. If necessary, you can also make a PDF file of the floor plan and send it as email to the remote site.

  4. You can observe the work progress by monitoring the programming states of the locks.

    The states are:

    • Transferred for programming — The programming tasks have been transferred to the Programmer.
    • Programmed — The programming tasks have been done.

If you need a new key (digital or phone key), have lost your key, or want to check the access rights of your key, please contact the administrator of the locking system (Property manager / Maintenance company / iLOQ Retailer).
