If Windows does not automatically install the driver, it can be installed manually through the device manager.

Wrong programming task for the lock, user is trying to:

- Program a lock that is not formatted > format the lock before programming

- Format a programmed lock > set the lock to the factory state before formatting

- Set a programmed lock to a factory state > reset the lock to formatted state before setting to a factory state

- Program wrong lock > insert the programming cable to the right lock

Log in to iLOQ S10 Manager. 

Insert the programming token to be checked into the programming device. 

The light indicator at the bottom right of the screen shows the situation: 

BLUE = Empty

GREEN = Programmed for that locking system 

RED = Programmed for another locking system

Cylinders delivered from May 2013 onwards have a connector.

Product version C10S.x.22 and in iLOQ Manager HW version 9 or higher.

If you still cannot find the log events in iLOQ Manager, make sure that you are logged in with the programming device and that the retrieved events have been transferred to the server.

At least 25 lock events can be retrieved with the iLOQ S10 programming device. The number depends on the number of log events in each lock.

Make sure that the key-shaped programming cable is not in the key programming opening of the programming device. This will cause a short circuit in the device.

Possible cause and corrective actions:

- The firmware of the programmer is too old > Update iLOQ Programmer firmware

- Too many access rights in the key already > remove access rights from the key (might require redesign of the access rights)

- No usage rights to the specific access right > add rights

The Programmer can store max. 386 tasks.

Go to Manage programmer content, transfer tasks from programmer (from right to left) / move some of the package to another programmer.
