11. Grant / deny access for the opening service

Residents can grant access to different opening service providers through the app. It is recommended to agree this in advance with the opening service provider. The app shows the current service providers that the building manager has accepted and to whom you can grant access to your flat. See the Opening Service tab at the top of the screen.

The status of granted access is shown above the Request denied access button. To end access, press Request denied access. The opening service provider’s access ends only when they update their key with the key reader after the visit.

Note! It is important to follow the status of granted access from the Events page, so no access for external keys is left active for your flat lock. If there is no message of Opening service key denied acc… for the opening service in the Events page, contact the opening service provider or lock administrator to revoke access.
