Attaching Keys to Persons

This section describes how to attach keys to a person, or change the person attachment of a key on iLOQ 5 Series Manager.

You must attach a key to a person before you can hand over the key to the person.

Proceed as follows.

  1. Select Basic data > Browse keys.

  2. Select the key that you want to attach to a person.
  3. Right-click to select Attach key to person.
    The Attaching keys to persons wizard is opened.
  4. Select Attach keys to person.
  5. Select the key to be attached to the person.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Select the person to whom the key will be attached.
    Tip:

    If the desired person does not exist on the person list, you can add a new person by right-clicking to select Add new person.

  8. Click Next.
  9. A summary window is displayed.
  10. Click Ready.
  11. Click Close.
