Fetching the Lock Software Version

This section describes how to fetch the lock software version to iLOQ Manager.

When you take a new lock in use, its software version information is present in iLOQ Manager. However, if the lock software is updated after this in the field, iLOQ Manager does not automatically get this information. With this procedure, you can fetch the latest lock software version to iLOQ Manager.

Proceed as follows.

  1. Fetch the lock audit trail.
  2. The lock software version has been fetched to iLOQ Manager.
