This section describes how to add a user ID with a Programming key to iLOQ Locking System.
Proceed as follows.
User-ID — Enter a name for the new user ID in this field. The user ID is not case-sensitive. There are no minimum requirements for the user ID.
Authentication type — If Azure Active Directory single sign-on (SSO) authentication method is in use, select the Azure AD option.
Password — Enter a password for the new user ID in this field. The password is case-sensitive.
The password requirements are:
Retype password — Retype the password in this field.
User must change password at next logon — If you select this check box, the user must change his/her password at the next login.
Password expires — If you select this check box, the password expires when the system default expiration period has expired.
Account expiration date — If you select this check box, enter an expiration date for the user ID.
If you've lost your key or need a new key, please contact your property manager, maintenance company, or local iLOQ retailer. iLOQ does not manage its customers' locking systems, so we cannot provide assistance with them through the support request form below.
