Changing another User’s Password

This section describes how to change another user’s password on iLOQ 5 Series Manager.

Note:

If you have added a user from Azure Directory, you cannot edit the user information through iLOQ 5 Series Manager.

Proceed as follows.

  1. Select Administration > Browse users.

  2. Select the user whose password you want to change.
  3. Right-click to select Change password.
  4. Enter the user’s new password in the New password field.

    The password requirements are:

    • The password minimum length can be defined in system settings by the Administrative user.
    • The last six passwords must not be re-used.
    • The password must not contain the user ID.
    • The password must have at least one Latin uppercase letter (A—Z).
    • The password must have at least one Latin lowercase letter (a—z).
    • The password must have at least one number (0—9).
  5. Retype the user’s new password in the New password field.
  6. Click the Change password button.
