Keys

In the iLOQ 5 Series locking system you can have three types of keys:

  • S5 electro-mechanical keys are used with S5 locks and iLOQ Online.

  • S50 Key fobs are used with S50 locks and iLOQ Online.

  • S50 Phone keys are used with S50 locks and iLOQ Online.

SKG Compliant Keys

SKG*** is a national security standard used in the Netherlands.

To comply with SKG*** requirements, the key firmware must be version 258 or newer. Keys with older firmware cannot access SKG*** compliant locks, even if access rights are valid.

If you've lost your key or need a new key, please contact your property manager, maintenance company, or local iLOQ retailer. iLOQ does not manage its customers' locking systems, so we cannot provide assistance with them through the support request form below.
