Browsing Users

This section describes how to browse users on iLOQ 5 Series Manager.

Proceed as follows.

  1. Select Administration > Browse users.

  2. The users are shown in the grid view.

    The columns are:

    • User ID — This column contains the user ID of the user.
    • Last name — This column contains the last name of the user.
    • First name — This column contains the first name of the user.
    • Company/Department — This column contains the name of the company or department where the user works at.
    • Title — This column contains the title of the user.
    • Contact information — This column contains the contact information of the user.
    • Email — This column contains the email address of the user.
    • Street address — This column contains the street address of the user.
    • Postal code — This column contains the postal code of the user.
    • City — This column contains the city of the user.
    • Country — This column contains the country where the person lives in.
    • Telephone 1/2/3 — This column contains the telephone numbers of the person.
    • Description — This column contains a description of the person.
    • Editable — The check box in this status column indicates whether the information of the person is editable on not.
    • User type — Possible user types are.

      • ILOQ user — A person who uses iLOQ 5 Series Manager with his/her own user ID.
      • Network module user — A machine user. Dedicated for network modules.
