Front Page

In the classic view, the Front page contains a summary of the iLOQ 5 Series locking system.

The Front page is opened when you select the classic view in the Dashboard. You can also open it by selecting Data source > Front page.

Front page shows information, as follows:

  • Lock status — A summary and a graph on lock status.

  • Key status — A summary and a graph on key status.

    Supported key types are also indicated. If you have purchased unsupported keys, contact iLOQ customer support for activating a new key type.

  • Network module status — A summary and a graph on network module status.

  • License status — Locking system license status.

  • Front page picture. See Importing a Front Page Picture.

  • Basic information on the locking system. See Editing Locking System Basic Information.

Can't find what you're looking for?

If you've lost your key or need a new key, please contact your property manager, maintenance company, or local iLOQ retailer. iLOQ does not manage its customers' locking systems, so we cannot provide assistance with them through the support request form below.
