Viewing Network Module Properties

This describes how to view network module properties in iLOQ 5 Series Manager.

Proceed as follows.

  1. Select Administration > Browse network modules.

  2. The network modules are displayed in a grid. For more information about an individual network module, double-click the network module.

    Network module specific information is displayed by tab:

    • Basic information — The Basic information tab contains general information about the selected network module. For descriptions of the columns, see Browsing Network Modules.
    • Locks — The Locks tab contains about the locks connected to the network module. For descriptions of the columns, see Browsing Locks.
    • Networked — The Networked tab contains the network data of the selected network module. Available fields:

      • Network module — The name of the network module.
      • IP and port — The network module’s public IP address and firewall port.
      • MAC address — The MAC address of the network module.
      • Report date — The date and time of the latest server query made by the network module.
      • Programmer version — The software version of the internal programming device. The internal programming device is used to control network locks.
      • Software version — The software version of the network module.
      • Calendar updated — The date and time of the latest time the network module retrieved calendar data from the server.
    • Remote load station queue — The Remote load station queue tab contains information about the remote controlled station’s task queue. Columns:

      • Type — The type of the queued programming task.
      • Name — The name of the key and the location of the lock.
      • Status — The programming status of the lock or key.
      • Target/Person — The locked item or the name of the person to whom the key is assigned.
      • Floor plan — The floor plan of the task item’s location.
      • Estate — The estate where the task item is located.
    • Calendars — The Calendars tab contains information about the relays connected to calendar control.

    • Devices — The Devices tab contains information about the bus devices connected to the network module.

  3. To exit, click Close.

If you need a new key (digital or phone key), have lost your key, or want to check the access rights of your key, please contact the administrator of the locking system (Property manager / Maintenance company / iLOQ Retailer).
