Locks do not open with a key, why?

Find your key in the Browse keys view. 

Double-click the row with your key and look on the "Access to Locks" tab.

Under "Sought-after situation / Effective situation" you can check if there are any pending programming jobs in the system.


If necessary, edit the key's access rights.
