Add users

Add a new user to your customer system. There are two options when adding a new user:

Add user to private premises

Add a user, and assign them to private premises in the customer system. Users assigned to private premises are typically residents, and receive access to all the access points of their residential unit. Private premises users can also manage user rights related to their private premises and share keys to any of their access points via the iLOQ App.

Add user with role

Add a user, and assign them to a role in the customer system. The role can be a user role such as cleaner or maintenance or an administrator role such as main user. The role defines which access points they can access (user roles) and what actions they can perform within the system (administrator roles).

Please note that iLOQ does not manage its customers' iLOQ locking systems.

If you need a new key (digital or phone key), have lost your key, or want to check the access rights of your key, please contact the administrator of the locking system (Property manager / Maintenance company / iLOQ Retailer).
