User rights

Roles have user rights, which define what actions can be performed within the customer system. Note that the user rights selected for a role are only valid for the premises selected for that role.

Administrator role user rights

Administrator role user rights grant permission to perform administrative actions within iLOQ Manager+. The following user rights can be selected for administrator roles:

Premises and lock management

  • Edit (such as mark private premises, rename, draw relation arrows) and delete premises

Note: To allow adding premises, you also need the role management user right.

  • Manage (add, edit, delete) locks
  • Manage (add, edit, delete) lock groups
  • Manage (add, edit, delete) key blocking groups

Note: The above user rights only apply to premises that have been included in your role.

Role management

  • Manage (add, edit, delete) administrator roles
  • Manage (add, edit, delete) user roles
  • Manage (add, edit, delete) access times for roles

User management

  • Manage (add, edit, delete) users and assign roles
  • Manage (add, edit, delete) keys

Programming key management

  • Manage (add, edit, delete) programming keys
  • Link administrators to programming keys

View audit trails

  • View audit trails of lock events, limited to the role’s premises selection

View audit trails for entire customer system

  • Allows the user assigned to the role to see all audit trails for the customer system, even if the user otherwise would not have rights to see them.

View system log

  • View system logs, limited to the role’s premises selections

  • Allows the user assigned to the role to see all system logs for the customer system, even if the user otherwise would not have rights to see them.

User role user rights

User role user rights grant permission to perform actions related to locks such as programming locks with a mobile phone.

The following user rights can be selected for user roles:

  • Right to program locks with mobile application

Note: User rights for user roles do not grant permission to log in to iLOQ 5 Series+ Manager.
