Private premises

Select the premises you want to mark as private. Private premises are specific types of premises that enable users to share access to their premises with others via the key sharing feature in the iLOQ App. A user assigned to private premises is granted access to all the locks of the private premises and also to the locks of any linked user roles. A typical example of private premises is an apartment in a residential building.

Note: Using private premises is optional. If there is no need for them in your customer system, you do not need to use them.

Note: Before marking premises as private, the locks must be programmed.

If you've lost your key or need a new key, please contact your property manager, maintenance company, or local iLOQ retailer. iLOQ does not manage its customers' locking systems, so we cannot provide assistance with them through the support request form below.
