Keys

Each user must have a valid key to access any premises secured with a lock. There are two types of keys in iLOQ 5 Series+.

Phone keys

A feature in the iLOQ App that allows the user’s phone to function as a key.

Key fobs

A small rechargeable digital device that functions like a key.

If you've lost your key or need a new key, please contact your property manager, maintenance company, or local iLOQ retailer. iLOQ does not manage its customers' locking systems, so we cannot provide assistance with them through the support request form below.
