Keys

Each user must have a valid key to access any premises secured with a lock. There are three types of keys in iLOQ 5 Series+.

Phone key

A feature in the iLOQ App that allows the user’s phone to function as a key.

Key fob

A small rechargeable digital device that functions like a key.

K5 key

A reliable battery-free digital key that stands hard use, water, frost and impact.

Note: In iLOQ 5 Series+, K5 keys can only be used with hybrid locks, which are not yet commercially available.

If you've lost your key or need a new key, please contact your property manager, maintenance company, or local iLOQ retailer. iLOQ does not manage its customers' locking systems, so we cannot provide assistance with them through the support request form below.
