Assign administrator role to user

Assign administrator roles to users in your customer system.

Select Users > Add user > Add user with roles

Step 1/5: Basic information

The premises type icons represent different types of premises, making it easier to visualize the structure. Customize the premises types to fit your customer system.

  1. Enter the basic information of the user.
  2. Select Next.

Step 2/5: Roles

  1. Check the Show administrator roles also box.
  2. Select an administrator role for the user.
  3. Select Next.

Step 3/5: Keys

  1. Select a key type for the user.
  2. Select Next.

Note: This selection is not valid for administrator roles, so it can be left empty. Administrator roles will not have access to any premises even a key is selected.

Step 4/5: Summary

  1. The summary shows the actions that you decided to perform in the previous steps. Review the summary and select Confirm.

Step 5/5: Feedback

  1. In this final step, the actions you confirmed in the previous step will be performed. You can follow the actions and their progress on the screen.
  2. Select Show summary to view an overview of the performed actions.
  3. When you’re done select Close.
