Edit users
Edit user information such as private premises, roles and keys.
- Select Users.
- Right-click the user you want to edit.
- Select Edit from the context menu.
- The following information can be edited:
- Basic information
- Edit basic information of the user. Select Show additional options to view more text fields.
- Roles
- Edit the roles of the user. A user can be assigned one or more roles. Select Show details to view information about the role and to set a validity period for the role. If not set, the validity period starts immediately.
- Keys
- Edit the keys of the user. The options include Phone key and/or Key fob.
- Phone key: Select Show phone key details to view the private premises and roles linked to the key. These determine where the key has access. The sources the user has based on private premises or user roles are added as default.
- Key fob: Sources on key show where the key fob has access. The sources the user has based on private premises or user roles are added as default.
- Edit the keys of the user. The options include Phone key and/or Key fob.
- If you selected key fob, select an action to perform on the key fob:
- Save as draft: The key fob is saved as a draft, and is not programmed.
- Program key fob: The key fob is programmed now. Note: To program key fobs you need a programming key.
- When you’re done, select To summary.
- The Change summary shows the actions that you decided to perform in the previous steps. Review the summary and select Confirm.
- In Feedback, the actions you confirmed in the previous step will be performed. You can follow the actions and their progress on the screen.
- Select Show summary to view an overview of the performed actions.
- When you’re done select Close.
