Online device requests

  1. Select Locking devices > Online devices.
  2. On the Online devices list, right-click a device.
  3. Select Request:
    • Connection test: Test the server connection. This can be used to test the connection if the device has been offline, and changes have been made to the physical configurations of the device.
    • Device setup refresh: Must be performed whenever a new device such as a reader has been connected to an online device.
    • Reboot: Reboot the device. Select Immediately or Specific time. When selecting Specific time, you also need to set the time.
