View online device properties

  1. Select Locking devices > Online devices.
  2. On the Online devices list, right-click a device.
  3. Select Properties.
  4. Select Basic information or Device setup.
    • Basic information: Shows device basic information such as type, time zone and serial number.
    • Device setup: Shows how the devices in system have been set up, and the status of the devices.
