Adding Access Rights

This section describes how to add access rights in the system deployment phase.

At this phase, you define the access right groups, such as:

• Master
• Cleaner
• Maintenance

The common access rights are added at this phase, so that you can select the access rights when adding the locks in later phases.

Proceed as follows.

1. Select Access rights.

   The screen below is opened:

   

2. Fill in the fields, as follows:

   • Access right information

     • Name — Name the access right group.

     • Description — Give a description for the access right group. For example, "Access to all premises".

       Tip:

       Typically, the first access right is for the entire premises, and is called, for example, "Master access".

   • Conditional access right

     • Conditional access active — Select if you want the access right group to be conditional.

     • Description — Give a description for the conditional access right group.

   • Default settings

     • Add to new locks as default — Select whether the access right will, by default, be added to new locks.

     • Add to apartment keys — Select whether the access right will, by default, be added to apartment keys.

3. Select Add access right to add more access right groups.

   The added access right groups are listed in the Added access rights list, where you can also edit them.

4. Select Next.
