Permissions

User roles have permissions, which define what actions can be performed within the customer system. User role permissions can be edited from the Permissions tab of the user role in question.

User role permissions

User role permissions allow users to perform actions such as programming locks with a mobile phone or remote unlocking.

The following permissions can be selected for user roles:

  • Right to program locks with mobile device: Defines if the phone key can perform programming tasks ordered by customer system administrators, such as updating access rights.
  • Remote unlocking: Defines if users have permission to remotely unlock relay locks they have access to.

Note: User role permissions do not allow logging in to iLOQ 5 Series+ Manager.
