Access times
Access times define when a user role is permitted to access the premises assigned to it. Note that the access times are the same for all the users assigned to a user role, they cannot be individually adjusted for each user separately.

Edit access times of a user role
Select User roles > Manage user roles
Step 1/3: User roles
- Select the user role you want to edit from the list.
- Select the Access times tab.
- There are two options when setting access times:
- Not restricted
- Set same access times for all locks: When selected, you can set different access times for each day. To do this, select Add row and select the days you want to set. Repeat until you have set all the needed access times for different days.
- There are two options when setting access times:
- Make the required changes.
- Select Next.
Step 2/3: Summary
- The summary shows the actions that you decided to perform in the previous steps. Review the summary and select Confirm.
Step 3/3: Feedback
- In this final step, the actions you confirmed in the previous step will be performed. You can follow the actions and their progress on the screen.
- Select Show summary to view an overview of the performed actions.
- When you’re done select Close.
How to allow all‑day, start‑of‑day, or end‑of‑day access
To allow all-day access (24 hours): Leave the start time and end time blank. Note: Do not choose 0.00 (12.00 AM or 12.00 PM) as the start time or end time, this will cause an error.
To allow access from the beginning of the day: Leave the start time blank. Note: Do not choose 0.00 (12.00 AM) as the start time, this will cause an error.
To allow access until the end of the day: Leave the end time blank. Note: Do not choose 0.00 (12.00 PM) as the end time, this will cause an error.
