Manage private premises
Manage and edit private premises. The editing options include adding locks and adding linked user roles, for example.
Select Premises > Manage private premises
Step 1/3: Private premises
- From the canvas, click the premises you want to make private, or the private premises you want to edit.
- Make the needed changes:
- To make a premises private, check the Mark as private premises box.
- Locks: Shows the locks of the private premises. Users assigned to the premises will be granted access to these locks.
- Use the
icon to add locks to the private premises.
- Use the
- Linked user roles: Select a user role from the list to grant users assigned to the private premises access to the roles’ locks also.
- Use the
icon to add or the
icon remove linked user roles.
- Use the
- Locks: Shows the locks of the private premises. Users assigned to the premises will be granted access to these locks.
- To make a premises private, check the Mark as private premises box.
- Select Next.
Step 2/3: Summary
- The summary shows the actions that you decided to perform in the previous steps. Review the summary and select Confirm.
Step 3/3: Feedback
- In this final step, the actions you confirmed in the previous step will be performed. You can follow the actions and their progress on the screen.
- Select Show summary to view an overview of the performed actions.
- When you’re done select Close.
