Manage private premises

Manage and edit private premises. The editing options include adding locks and adding linked user roles, for example.

Select Premises > Manage private premises

Step 1/3: Private premises

  1. From the canvas, click the premises you want to make private, or the private premises you want to edit.
  2. Make the needed changes:
    • To make a premises private, check the Mark as private premises box.
      • Locks: Shows the locks of the private premises. Users assigned to the premises will be granted access to these locks.
        • Use the icon to add locks to the private premises.
      • Linked user roles: Select a user role from the list to grant users assigned to the private premises access to the roles’ locks also.
        • Use the icon to add or the icon remove linked user roles.
  3. Select Next.

Step 2/3: Summary

  1. The summary shows the actions that you decided to perform in the previous steps. Review the summary and select Confirm.

Step 3/3: Feedback

  1. In this final step, the actions you confirmed in the previous step will be performed. You can follow the actions and their progress on the screen.
  2. Select Show summary to view an overview of the performed actions.
  3. When you’re done select Close.
