This section describes how to blacklist a lost key using an existing key, on iLOQ Manager.

1. Select Basic data > Browse keys.

   

2. Select the lost key that must be replaced.
3. Right-click the key to select Create replacement key.
   The Replace key wizard is opened.
4. Select Convert existing key to replacement key.
5. The selected lost key is shown in the key list.
6. Select Next.
7. Select the key that will be converted to the replacing key.
8. Select Next.
9. Select Next.
10. Select Next.
11. Select how to proceed.

    The options are:

    • Leave key in planning state — Select Leave keys in planning state if you want to leave the key in the planning state, and continue planning the locking system without, for example, programming any physical keys.
    • Order key — Keys must be ordered, before they can be programmed. Ordering creates a programming task for the key, for later programming. For more information, see Keys and Ordering Keys.
    • Order and program key — Select Order and program key to order a programming task, and to program the key at once. For more information, see Programming Keys.
    • Order, program and hand over key — Select Order, program and hand over key to order a programming task, and to program the key, and to hand over the key to a person, at once.
12. Select Next.
13. Select whether you want to order the lock programming tasks or transfer them to the Programmer for later programming.
14. Select Next.
15. A summary screen is shown.
16. Select Ready.
17. Select Close.
18. Use the replacing key in the locks to block the lost key.
