Browsing Access Rights

This section describes how to browse access rights on iLOQ Manager.

Proceed as follows.

  1. Select Additional data > Browse access rights.

  2. The access rights with the Is displayed by default visibility setting are shown in the grid view.
    Tip:

    If you also want to see the access rights with the Don't show as default visibility setting, click the filter icon.

    The columns are:

    • Name — This column contains the name of the access right.
    • Description — This column contains the description of the access right.
    • Access right with version — The check box indicates whether the access right is versional or not.
    • Version number — This column contains the version number, if the access right is versional.
    • Conditional access — The check box indicates whether the access right is conditional or not.
    • Default access right — The check box indicates the default access right.
    • Estate — This column indicates the estate where the access right belongs to.
    • Zone — This column indicates the zone where the access right belongs to.
    • Visibility — This column contains the access right visibility. The options are:
      • Is displayed by default — The access right is displayed by default.
      • Don't show as default — The access right is not displayed by default.
