Changing the Time Zone of the Locking System

This section describes how to change the time zone of the locking system on iLOQ Manager.

Normally, the time zone is pre-set by iLOQ to the correct value in iLOQ Locking System. The set time zone depends on the country where the system is delivered to. If the system is used in a different country as the delivery country, you may need to change the time zone.

Important:

If the system contains keys that have time limits, you must re-program the keys after you have changed the time zone. Otherwise, the keys will be valid at incorrect times.

Proceed as follows.

  1. Select Administration > Edit locking system information.

  2. Select Time zone in the Views area.
  3. If necessary, select the correct time zone in the Time zone drop-down menu.
  4. Select Save and close.
