Browsing Persons

This section describes how to view person information on iLOQ Manager.

Proceed as follows.

  1. Select Basic data > Browse persons.

  2. The persons are shown in the grid view.

    The columns are:

    • Last name — This column contains the last name of the person.
    • First name — This column contains the first name of the person.
    • Count of keys — This column indicates the number of keys the person has.
    • Company/Department — This column contains the name of the company or department where the person works at.
    • Title — This column contains the title of the person.
    • Identification — This column contains the company ID number of the person.
    • Contact information — This column contains the contact information of the person.
    • Email — This column contains the email address of the person.
    • Street address — This column contains the street address of the person.
    • Postal code — This column contains the postal code of the person.
    • Post office — This column contains the post office of the person.
    • Country — This column contains the country where the person lives in.
    • Telephone 1/2/3 — This column contains the telephone numbers of the person.
    • End date of an employment — This column contains the end date of the person's employment. This date is automatically set for the person's key, as its Expiration date.
    • ID of external system — This column contains the ID of an external system. This ID is used for Application Programming Interface (API) communications only.
    • Description — This column contains a description of the person.
    • Editable — The check box in this status column indicates whether the information of the person is editable by a user, or not. If this check box is checked, the information of the person is edited through the API only.
    • Roles — This column contains the roles of the person.
